SHIPPING

We only ship product to confirmed address. If the shipping address is not the same as the billing address connected with your ATM/Debit/Checking Account it will not confirm. Shipping inside the US may take 5-7 business days once order is fulfilled. We only ship Monday - Friday. For shipping outside the US please allow 7-10 business days. Orders will be shipped once payment is paid and cleared. 
 We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are signed for. ALL shipments will require a signature for delivery.
Return Policy

Dear All Extensions Haus Customers,  with this unfortunate situation and our main priority being the health of our family and customers we have chose to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY in response to the COVID-19 until further notice. Though we are doing our part on our end to make sure packages get sent out to customers safely and sanitary, we can't ensure that customers returning/exchanging items are doing the same which could ultimately put us all at risk.
